How are you staying active while we’re still socially distancing?
Have you eased back into your normal routine yet or still figuring things out? Have you started hitting the gym again, or have you settled into a workout from home sort of regimen that you’re sticking to for the time being?
It’s so hard to know what the right thing to do is during these super strange times … & I’ve personally settled back into life as pretty much normal, at least as it relates to my fitness, & then some – although I’m not seeing physical changes because I’m still consoling my stress-induced-by-a-pandemic soul with eating however the heck I want!
However, I purchased a Peloton during COVID & I am obsessed!
