My Go-To Breakfast.

I love breakfast, & fall back on this easy-to-make combo at least 3 times a week.

Grapefruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pink Grapefruit segments
  • Blueberries
  • Sliced Almonds
  • Honey
  • Mint leaves (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix grapefruit, berries & sliced almonds together, drizzle with honey, garnish with mint leaves.

Hard-Steamed Eggs

(yes, you read that right. Hubs has convinced me that steaming eggs, instead of boiling eggs, is definitely better.)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bring pot of water to a boil.
  • Steam eggs for 15 minutes.
  • Peel eggs under cold water.
