Bringing you my latest ridiculously easy, yet delicious (& healthy!) dinner recipe: Burger Bowls!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ground turkey
  • shredded lettuce
  • your favorite burger toppings (mine here include:)
    • cheddar cheese
    • dill pickles
    • diced onions
    • fried egg
    • avocado
    • sautéed mushrooms
    • turkey bacon
  • your favorite burger condiments

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Brown & season ground turkey, according to your liking
  • Fill a bowl with shredded lettuce
  • Add your favorite burger toppings
  • Add ground turkey
  • Top with favorite condiments
